Welcome to Arc House

Local coaching, genuine support and training designed to last.

Our Story

Arc House was created to make functional fitness more accessible, supportive and sustainable. We wanted to build a gym where people could learn useful skills, become stronger and enjoy training without feeling judged or out of place.

Our community includes people of different ages, abilities and training backgrounds. What connects them is a desire to feel healthier, move with greater confidence and make exercise a lasting part of life. Through thoughtful coaching and consistent support, we help each member build from their own starting point.

Our Team

Our coaches combine professional expertise with a genuine love for what they do. They pay attention to the details, explain movements clearly and make sure you understand the purpose behind each session.

Just as importantly, they take the time to know the person they are coaching. That personal approach allows them to adapt training, recognise progress and provide the right balance of encouragement and challenge.

Our Facilities

Arc House provides a practical, welcoming environment for strength, fitness and weightlifting sessions. Our training space is equipped to support coach-led classes and focused technical work, with showers available for members.

The space is arranged around purposeful training rather than unnecessary extras. You will have the equipment, guidance and room needed to learn, work hard and get the most from each visit.

Our Location

Arc House is located at Unit B, Parc Bryn Llwyd, Caernarfon Road, Bangor, LL57 4SP. The gym is accessible by public transport and is close to local cafes and shops.

Free parking and disability access make visiting straightforward. As all sessions require booking or prior contact, please arrange your visit before travelling to the gym.
